Service description
Castly provides enhanced analytics and dashboard tools for Etsy sellers. Free and paid (Pro) tiers are available. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with Etsy's terms and policies when using Castly on Etsy.
Accounts and licenses
Castly Pro requires a valid license key purchased through our authorized checkout (Polar.sh). License keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, or publicly posted unless we explicitly allow it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Castly or our APIs beyond normal extension use.
- Use Castly to violate Etsy's terms or applicable laws.
- Attempt to bypass license checks or access Pro features without a valid license.
- Interfere with the security or availability of our services.
Payments and refunds
Pro plan prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose unless cancelled through Polar. Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us at castlypro@gmail.com with your purchase email.

Castly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics, profit estimates, and Listing Spy data are for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castly and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension or website.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Castly at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
